SIA “BestVersion” primarily considers offers for purchasing agricultural land, but if you have other land at a good price, we will consider it as well.
Forest purchase
SIA “BestVersion” considers your offer to sell a forest only if it is located in Daugavpils and its region or Kraslava and its region. If you don’t have a forest assessment, we can assist you with that.
Felling rights purchase
SIA “BestVersion” is ready to buy your felling area rights. The main factors we consider are the current timber market situation and accessibility – how easy it is to reach the area. We are interested in felling areas in the Daugavpils and Kraslava regions.
